RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

At Melao Boutique we always want the customer to end up satisfied with the product we have to offer. In the event that there is a problem with the purchased product, the return process can be started as long as the following conditions are met:

Without using

  • No staining
  • In mint condition
  • Free of odors (cigarette, detergent, pet, etc.)
  • With all its labels
  • Free of Hair (Animal, People)
  • Dust free
  • Not Machine Watched
  • Little or no wear

In case the product is not suitable for return or exchange, it will be returned immediately to the purchase address.

Clarification: Thinking of the comfort and health of all our clients, for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties and body shapers that include thongs (If the product has already been tested). Unless a manufacturing defect is found in the product and it has not been tested and meets the above conditions.

We guarantee that our customers will be completely satisfied with our products. If this is not the case, the product can be returned within 30 days of purchase and complying with the conditions previously described.

 

TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

  • Each product must be returned unused and in perfect condition with all labels attached and in its original packaging.
  • All Sale or Clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All returns or exchanges must be completed in our official Exchange Center which you can access by clicking HERE.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS COSTS

All shipping costs related to returns or exchanges must be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return / exchange is due to a product that is defective / damaged upon receipt.

Melao Boutique does not offer free exchange labels for refunds or for exchanges. In the event that the request, the customer must bear all shipping costs. Should you require a return label shipped, a label fee will be sent to you via invoice, if requested.

Clarification: Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

Your refund will be made within two (2) weeks of receipt of your returned item. The two (2) weeks begin to count from when your item enters our warehouse, NOT from the moment the client sends it.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY NEW ITEM?

At Melao Boutique we work in the best way to give you the best response times. You will have your new item in two (2) weeks from the date we receive your item for exchange. The two (2) weeks begin to count from when your item enters our warehouse, NOT from the moment the client sends it.

Clarification: There are times when for different reasons (holidays, weather problems, among others) the processes may take longer than normal, we ask for your understanding in this regard.
